The office staff and technicians are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I bought the retainer insurance. In case you lose your retainers or the dog eats them, you can replace them for a minimal copay. I would highly recommend Fort Worth Orthodontics!"

"From the moment my daughter and I walked into the suite, we felt welcomed. All of the staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. My daughter is 7 so she was/is nervous about having to get Ortho work done. During the consultation, each staff member put her at ease and explained what they would be doing. What I did appreciate a lot was the wait and see approach. My daughter needs to get a spacer put in but the orthodontist said she's going to wait to see if she'll need braces as well because the spacer may fix everything until her adult teeth come."

"We absolutely love this place so much. Best referral we have ever gotten from another provider. We first brought our son for his braces, and now our daughter is getting her braces today. First, the ladies at the checkin/checkout desk are so friendly and nice and know exactly what they are doing without skipping a beat. Next Mimi is the best and really great in her position, and she too is very knowledgeable in her role here. Dr. Haley is so amazing with not only her patients , which are my teen kids, but also with us parents , and keeping us informed and in the loop. All the staff here are awesome with taking care of their patients, and being as gentle as possible especially dealing with braces. I definitely recommend if your kids need braces or any orthodontic work done , you really should contact them to do the work. The entire office made it on my Christmas list lol. "I have had the best 10 years with this group of people. We started with Dr Patel. We started 10 years ago with my oldest daughter. She got braces. My youngest daughter got Invisalign a couple years later. Then last year I got Invisalign. I had Dr Patel up until he went to another office. Dr Haley came. She is great as well. They both love their patients. The staff is amazing. They are so sweet and kind. Then I have to brag on Kimberly. She knows us all and has been there through our entire time in the office. "Dr Haley and her staff were some of the most generous people Iâve ever met. I wanted to get invisilign and had narrowed it down to my normal dentist or Dr Haley. I did an Invisalign consult with both and Iâm really blown away at how thorough Dr Haley was during my examination. She genuinely wants her patients to feel confident in their healthy smile and presented me with options (like jaw surgery, which I declined).Her expertise in the orthodontic field is known the second she starts the conversation with you. She was upfront with the estimated timeline and what we can realistically achieve without the jaw surgery.Mimi was very upfront with the finances of it all and they also offer 0% interest financing (or pay in full and get a discount) to make it more affordable.Although I was quoted +1k over what my dentist quoted me, I still decided to go with Dr Haley because my case was pretty severe and I didnât want to take any chances.Iâm excited to be a part of this office and I canât wait to see my smile transformation over the course of the next 2 years. Dr. Patel took his time for about two hours to clean up my mess and explained every steps along the way to make me feel comfortable and inform. The staff is professional, courteous, and well trained. She knows you by name and is so easy and kind to work with. I went to Fort Worth Orthodontic Specialists knowing that I wasn't happy with my smile, but I wasn't sure how to fix it or where to start. "I found FW Orthodontic specialists via Groupon. I was wanting to straighten my teeth for my wedding and the second I left from my Invisalign consultation, I knew Dr. Patel was my new Dr.!
