Dr. Buchanan built her foundation at Centre College in Danville, Kentucky, before earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Kentucky. To fully master her craft and embrace advanced technology, she then received her Orthodontic Certificate and Masters in Oral Biology from the University of Nevada. She applies this high level of specialized orthodontic expertise to every personalized treatment plan she creates in Fort Worth.
Dr. Buchanan approaches life with the same energy she brings to her practice. A former collegiate volleyball player, she knows the value of teamwork and precision, and she still loves to play whenever possible.
She is passionate about discovery, whether that means traveling to explore new cultures or mastering a complex meal to share with family and friends around the dinner table. An avid reader, she believes in the power of great stories, from the adventure of Harry Potter to the sweeping transformations in Outlander, and she is excited to help you start the greatest story: crafting your best smile.
They were great! I have Delta dental and the insurance plan I had wouldn’t allow ortho unless “medically necessary”(whatever that means) and so I actually didn’t have any benefits even though I have been paying 45-50 dollars a month just so I could use the insurance for my daughter’s braces, and the treatment coordinator gave me a discount off their cash pay price to compensate!!! I was floored in the best way possible. I couldn’t believe it. So thankful great professional offices still understand and care about their patients. I would recommend to anyone and everyone 😃

I had braces as a teenager and didn’t wear my retainers like I should have. I’m an adult now and my teeth have shifted, so I came in for clear aligners. Everyone was incredibly nice from the moment I walked in. Greeting me, making eye contact, smiling. Every single staff member was kind and understanding. And I felt that they all care about every single patient. I’m so glad I found this place!
